YEAH! Everything went well for me. English O levels was reasonable.
NOT ONLY THAT! I received a sms from the Acapella Society for another audition for TUESDAY rehearsals. Wooopie!! But will have to contact them after my Os.
ALSO! I received news from my mom that I'll be going for my CAMBODIA trip to help little meeny children!!!
So in total! 3 OVERSEAS trip this coming hols with an AWESOME CAMP! XD WOOOO!

It's Sunday today, and everything end off well with a marvelous heart warming dinner with my dearest Family. Which includes my only Aunt in Singapore. Had my all-time favourite cheese scallops made by my dearest Aunt.

So what has happened during the week. LOTS OF things. Lots of GREAT things. I shall slowly elaborate them one by one.

First of all,

Yup, I know it's nice. But it actually burn my palate or gum? I don't know what's the name of it. The skin tissues inside your mouth at the sides. LOL! Cause whenever I'm eating sweets. I'll always hold them at the side of my mouth to get the flavour. And it somehow burn the 'whatever-it-is-called-as'. AND IT HURTS! Definitely 100% acid. Haha!

Cheeseburger reminds me of Kurt and Melody. Just met them recently last week, and we were down at Mac eating DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER without Ketchup! All 3 of us agrees that cheeseburger without ketchup IS GOOD and will ALWAYS cause us to return back to memory lane. When all of us will fork out 6 dollars just to get 3 Double cheese burger without ketchup after every week's class. Ahhh!! Love them both.

Return back to school for some classes. Have been crazily studying this few days. haha! Something crazy happened when I'm at school, while I was walking down the stairs with Omiarah and Farah, I tripped my own legs and fell down. Thank God, I didn't hurt myself. Gave both of my friends a huge laugh after that as I returned back on my feet. haha!

Saw Fred on Bus 852 on the way to church last Friday. THANK GOD I saw him and he gave me his bubble tea for me to quench my thirst. Apparently, my water is depleted and my lips was freaking dry all because of waiting for an hour for 176 and then got to wait for 852 too. Gonna have dinner with him soon after our O levels! A truly remarkable friend I've ever meet. Love watching Glee too! HaHA!

Holidays are coming! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOH YEAAAAAH! ONE WORD TO DESCRIBE THE ANTICIPATION!!

EXCITEMENT!

How I miss the times when my grandparents are still around. Not mentioning my grand-dad who I kinda forgotten his face due to him dying early. I still vividly remember my grand-mom though. How I miss the days during the December holidays when we'll fly to Brinkin and we'll gather around my grand-mom, trying all ways to please her and the long nights of conversation which we'll talk about what had we done over the year. Too bad she's gone now.
Today, we received a parcel from my relatives. It was my grand-mom favorite kind of tea. It's the Cognac Surprise. Haha! My mom is brewing it now and the aroma causes me to hit memory lane. Me loving tea was all because of my grand-mom. LOVE her loads. Miss her loads. I'm sure YOU cousins too right?! She inspired us in one way or another. Once the Matriarch of our family. Strict but AWESOME! Aww man! I feel like crying.

Cousins, I also miss you guys. I miss you guys TERRIBLY! Counting the days to see all of your disgusting face again! Going back to the house would definitely bring happiness! Can leave all those nonsense in Singapore. The moment we see each other. RUN, SCREAM, HUG, cry. Smile.

Hello readers. Lately, I've been rather affected by a friendship. A friendship that I can't seem to make it blossom even how much effort I've put in.

Well, if you're reading this, the following passages are for you to think. To ponder upon.

I'm just expressing how i feel. It's up to you whether you want to take it hard or not. But I doubt you'll even SET YOUR EYES On my blog and read. So yeah.

As a friend, I've did numerous things to hold this friendship. After Bryan's birthday celebration, Yuanli told me that I got to organize one for you too. So I did just not to make you feel left out or secluded. Organizing a birthday celebration for you isn't easy at all. Yeah. I'm complaining now. so? The choice of friends to accompany you was extremely tough. I even had to get friends from Secondary 3 to celebrate birthday together with you. Cause no one wants or even know you well to celebrate for you. I know it was tough, but I continue to give in and contribute to this friendship as I remembered you were the one that approached me to make friends. That's why i chose to organize.

I also remembered you didn't like to take photos too. And who was the one that help you to smile in front of the camera? I don't know. Only you do eh. Let us all see how many pictures you have now. You're also able to make weird faces in front of the camera and became even more camera friendly. Who taught you? I don't know~ Only you know.

When you told me you feel insecure. I got to understand you even more. I tried ways to encourage you by helping you on your dressing and commenting on a nice build you have. It did build up confidence for you eh? I also tried all ways to explain to my other friends that you're an approachable person and to be fine with you. It all turns out well now isn't it?

There's an occasion when I went out with Irwin and some other people. Then you kept saying what's so good about him. I thought you were jealous or something, so I decided to put in even more effort to assure you that our friendship is much greater. And I would tell myself to treasure this friendship even more. But what do I get now. Some turd? Same goes to another occasion when you gave me your facebook password to help you in something.

You once told me at a coffee shop that you didn't want to attend my church cause of the 2 person that causes you to have a bad impression on the church. You said that their behavior wasn't good at all. But it all seems like an irony when you're following their footsteps now eh? Saying vulgarities nonsensically. How disappointing.

I sometimes wonder if you remember all this. A friend that contributed to the friendship hoping something good in return. But what do I get now? A different person who I use to see as. Why not? Cause people grow and they forget all the things that help them before.

Thank God graduation day just passed. Or it will be tormenting for me. Never did I expect myself to be stuck in this disgusting situation. When I give my love to a friend whom I care about, I will definitely know that he or she'll do the same back. But this time, it's different.

I didn't learn anything from you man or did I see anything that you've contributed. I'm trying. But are you? You were once so quiet. But look at you now, having lots of friends and company. That just makes me wonder how an awesome tool I am and a bridge for you to cross.

But what can I say, life is full of nonsense. It's just unfortunate to have a friend like you.

And when you're reading this. You'll definitely come up with some nonsense theory of yours again. Stop it uh. I got more friends than you man and I'm a much more sociable person compare to you. So you won't be right.

Yah. Guess you're not even least bothered by it. Not going to care anymore. And why is that so? Cause you're not feeling insecure anymore. You got someone else to lean on when this friendship fails. Other people to cling on when this friendship fails. It's really disappointing.

Recently, on your relationship problems, I helped you once again hoping that this friendship can blossom. I played my part in helping. But what do I get after it's settled. During Graduation when we're seated together. We didn't even chat. We lost the momentum to talk like we used to. Oh yah. You found other friends to talk to now right? Some other people to cling on when this friendship fails.

You said this common interest/common topic to talk among ourselves can be created. So after the relationship problems topic. What else? Prom? Using me to help you look good?

Because you got yourself friends that allow you to lean on them when our friendship fail. That's why you didn't want to care about it anymore.

I know it's UGLY. BUT WHATEVER.

I am sooooo sorry for not posting in a million years... as you may know I was going through a mid-teenager crisis once again. I was so mad at life, I refused to find something good in everything I see. If I wasn't able to do that, then I could´t write about anything. All those bad vibes are better to keep away from people.

So anyways, I am back and with tons of enthusiasm again. It's good to get lost for a while, cry, deny, and so on. Because eventually you'll get tired, and you'll go back to normal.

ANYWAY!

I email my dearest cousin… I sent her an email a while ago telling her that I can’t stand to live here anymore. I just had enough; I deny to keep living in this torturous environment with my STUDIES and CRAZY hectic lifestyle. I am almost 18, just found a great friends a while ago, single, and ready to go have my own life.

She burst in laughter… but come on! I am so ready to leave, it’s not her fault. I am TIRED of this environment, I never get a peaceful sleep or rest because something is always going on. This is not the life I want for my teenage. It’s not that I have a lot of money, it will actually only be enough to cover the basics. So no more parties or shopping sprees… the money will run out fast.

But peace is priceless, and I am feeling like crap because I made my cousin cry just a week before her Birthday day. But hey, I am sooooo sorry for making you sad! But I’m behaving like an asshole because I CAN’T TAKE THIS NO MORE!
When you can’t get rest, of just be happy in your own home, you get so stressed that you lose it. I need my space! I would literally ran out tomorrow, but that wouldn’t be responsible because I don’t even have savings.
So here comes the big question: should I quit school and work in Singapore? Or should I just migrate to Australia? LAME! Definitely.

It’s a horrible pressure, because I can’t just be a careless young adult.
Something so simple and normal, as moving away from your house and becoming an adult… it’s so complicated and frustrating here. MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSHHHHH!!

I found some “moving out of the house” tips, which I think they are useful… I am going to apply them, since right now I have zero money.

On most days, I’m full of energy. I’m excited, I’m motivated, I’m in a great mood, I’m optimistic and hopeful. In my mind’s eye, my dreams loom largely on the horizon.

Going out the past few days has been quite a blast for me, well not really blast like blown back but rather, something I enjoyed tremendously. Past few weeks/days of concerns and worries well... fell through to a new level... something I cant seem to get out of, at least never forget. Just because it has morphed into something altogether lovely. But it makes me kinda wonder why cant i get even MORE of such experiences only to realize insecurities galore. I guess the facade of being tough kinda has some loop holes in it, I guess any facade would have. But who doesn't especially when things around either stand to reinforce such insecurities or provide 0 feedback entirely.

I've seen this a lot and I struggle with it. I wonder why I care so much? Even though things get tough, they can always get worse, something I continue to remind myself. I've always been extremely blessed in my life and it's the little things i forget that i am so lucky to have. like air conditioning. something so small but I've always had it and heaven knows I am so grateful for that. I forget about all the advantages I have in my life and the ones I could take advantage of and don't. maybe it'll be easier now that I'm watching other people go through similar thoughts and feelings to man up and do what it is I'm saying.

don't be afraid to be who you want to be.

don't let someone else try to control you and your decisions.

don't let fear take away something that could make you happier than you could imagine.

easier said than done but hey, the light bulb was not made on the first try. it takes time but if you really want it nothing should hold you back. including your insecurities. What makes people outstanding is even with insecurity gripping them to the point of insanity, they still go ahead and do what they want to do anyway.

Right now, I guess its best to capitalist on such experiences, might need it some day, hopefully soon. Pity really. At the same time awesomely appreciative of such things happening now. The 2 superpowers I'd wish for, some kinda psychic ability and time manipulation. Awesome stuff.

I am tired. And I am just so tired.

I keep thinking of things I shouldn't be thinking of right now, since my entire brain capacity should be directed towards the papers I have to attend this week - instead;

I think of pretty things.

I think of the beach. I think of my life. I think of all other things but my papers.

I think of my value added at school and how that would motivate me. If I feel that my value-added is significant.

AND Sometimes I get so caught up in the plans of the day that I forget to take time and just enjoy the one who gives us life, joy, happiness, color, beauty, freedom, health, family, friends, love ... and I'm sure the list goes on and on of the endless goodness that our Maker gives us. Things he gives us to remind us of his goodness and love toward us. So I grabbed this landscape image I took last fall not only because I think it's pretty but because it has nothing to do with being responsible but everything to do with stopping and enjoying the moment.

God bless you all in your walk with him today. And when caught up in the business of life, stop to notice what God has given you.

I've missed doing this last week! Rainer, thank you for the bonus questions! I am going to spend the day with my little cousin Sarah and Jireh (I think) even though I have tons of work to do.

Anyway, now on to the blanks!

1. The first thing I do in the morning is boil some water for my coffee while I do other things .

2. Every night before bed I set my Alarm and read for a bit.

3. My favorite thing to do when I'm having a bad day is go out for coffee or go to the shopping mall and window shop.

4. Something that makes me cringe is bad table manners, talking way too much.

5. Social situations Smoooth for me .

6. I like to collect Post-cards, Shoes and random things.

7. Weekends are for spending time with my family, reading, going out and relaxing (if I have the time!).

Weekend recap:
On Thursday we went to Ngee Ann Polytechnic for this F.Y.I. workshop; we watched "Adam Koo's trainer" perform. They were amazing! I had tons of fun.

Friday: Went to Juvenryl's house to have the best the best Pasta in town being cook by me! Follow up is a disgusting irking movie and then went to study.

Saturday: I took my friends to the Singapore Polytechnic, had lunch/breakfast, oh was it fun! I love taking them out, we tend to have tons of fun... I am thankful they are there in my life.

Then I went to a Drama play which talks about the life of families and the sacrifices of each family member made that was all because of Love. It was in Chinese though. 'My Family Treasure' by theVoice Productions.

Afterward, it was a friend's birthday whom I spent most of the time in Taiwan. We went to Turf City with Steamboat/BBQ buffet, Cakes and candles and held our surprise celebration for him! That, too, was fun. The weather was also more than amazing... there was a breeze... a very pleasant one, but too bad we couldn't light the candles properly.

The universe seems to have been conspiring against me... or maybe it's the voices in my head that wish for me to believe so- you see, I never blame myself, ever! Blame is something I can never accept because I believe I am never wrong.

I believe I exert more effort than required and that this should be appreciated. I wish I had more time on my hands... with a "disgusting piles of homeworks", three classes a week, friends to meet, and family- I never seem to have time for anything, let alone myself.

More split ends, eeky nails. Dark circles round my eyes...

I keep telling myself "Study study and it wont matter as much." But it never gets better and everything matters. I want to shut off my thoughts so I can stop this.

I have to plan up a schedule for my dear cousin that is due next week and a exciting race to read up on a week from today and I need to start working on it. ew? Yes, it was my choice! mhmm, I am an idiot.

Anyway, you should be looking for more happiness and happy lists and bright sunlight and the sea.. and sand. And wind in my hair... and ice cold lemonade because it's hot.

Anyway, guys. Hi. What’s up? I’m writing today all a sudden because after I thought to myself,

Hey, Matt. Maybe you should start writing about your day, and write more about important things. More general, global topics that my readers can relate to. I should write about things we love, things we struggle with, things we just plain cannot stand. Yeah, Matt, that’s what your readers want to hear.

Am I right? I mean, I’m sure you readers get bored after a while just reading about how school went and stuff like that, so I think once or twice a week I’m gonna pick a topic that is important. You know, a topic you and I can relate to. It may be out of the blue, or it may be something that I encounter in my life. I could write about things like trust, love, friendship, respect, or whatever you guys think I should write about. I am always, always open to your suggestions. Your ideas are inspiration for me on days when I’m simply brain-dead.

Well now, enough about me rambling on about what I’m gonna write about. I’m just gonna get right down to it! Tonight I’m gonna write about friendship, something everyone deserves but not everyone knows the true meaning of.

If you take a step back and look at your life from a distance, you see how much your friends are a part of it. I mean, in school, there are friends. When you get home, you log on and talk to friends. You hang out with friends on the weekends. You rely on friends when you need to say those things you can’t say to parents (and if there are any parents reading, sorry to break it to you). Friends are the reason you overcome the obstacles, and can be accredited for the success you have once the obstacles are behind you.

I know personally that my friends are my rock. They slow me down when I’m acting psycho, and guide me through when my surrounding are cloaked by fog, almost as if they were lights. Lights clearing a path for me to walk, so I can see again. And you know, even when I’m going about my normal routine, getting a text from a friend boasting a funny story or inside joke really lifts me up.

I don’t know about you, but my friends are not a part of my life. They’re a part of who I am. Each friend is a small but very significant segment of my heart, and without one, a piece of my heart would be missing. Everyone knows that any type of system can’t function unless all its pieces are there and working in sync with each other, so in a way, when I lose a friend, my system is lacking.

The months which I have not been blogging allow me to meet so many new faces and even though we were once just acquaintance, I have definitely got to know you even better. The following pictures are some of the friends that I really think their friends?! LOL! Well, friends that I will remember.

I wonder why some like to use the verses and quotes saying "Let God judge me instead, not you". I find it real intriguing. Sign, such words being used are simply only a word or a phrase for people to use it to escape. If you did something wrong then just admitted it. You do not need to turn the table around or use the word 'GOD' just to startle anyone away. Seriously, I find if you kept saying this, then I don't think we need to have the 10 Commandments or even have any righteous values being taught in the Bible, since we all can just let GOD judge us at the end. Be realistic till some point please.

I am so excited! Very excited! Extremely excited to serve my God.

Planning what to do for this Mission Trip to Cambodia had make me realize what I can do for people and for myself. Its like, there are 14 different people gathering together as a team to work together. And each of us in the 14 have different roles to play and to contribute.

And I can tell everyone wants to make it the best out of their roles. I am really enjoying this, e-mailing from one place to another, planning out the schedule we have to do. A party for the orphans to enjoy. God really touches me deep down to appreciate things.

Well, its Sunday where we are sitting on a jet plane there. Very excited indeed! No one, and I mean NO ONE wants to disappoint the team at all. Everyone giving their very absolute best!

It seems to past so fast for the holidays I have to spent, yet another bright colourful year awaits me to embrace it with happiness and the same time fear. And another thing is that maturity seems to catch up with what I am doing, the first time I actually start planning something big for a event and constantly reminding myself no mistake should be make. Memorizing the tunes and struggling on the tabs to print.

Well, God is of course there for all of us, and I believed that he indeed have a bright future for me. With loads of meetings to attend, trainings to work on, feeling so tired within me. But what I have got to do, its to always press on and have my 100% faith punch into the Lord's hands.

3 of us as always. Not to forget the another 4 who had always been my side.

Its been a few hours after my last paper, went to 'The Settlers', have loads of fun and recall much memories when playing there. Currently, I am now silently, quietly waiting for lots of things to come. Be it good or bad, I don't really care. However, I pray it will be smooth.

- English 'O' Level.
- Shopping.
- Escape Theme Park.
- Chinese 'O' Level.
- Chalet.
- Mission Trip.
- Youth Impact '09 Camp.

So yeah, this few above sentence are just a few of whats hot currently in my schedule. Still squeezing and planning some more meaningful events in my Holiday, be it fishing, traveling or screaming. Pray it will be FUN and smooth, as always.

I am actually kinda afraid what kind of results I might get in 5 more days. It gotta be acceptable to let me have fun for the rest.

Every step I am taking, every move I am making, lost with all directions, making my faith weaken. But I have to keep trying, and I know I always have to face high mountains and wide valleys to get to what I want. God certainly will guide me and each step I take, I will make sure its meaningful. Hmmm... just came back from supper with my tuition teacher and my friend, got so many wonderful weird things and facts about life from him! On subjects from Girl-friends to Pubs to alcohol and MORE! Was simply so wonderful.

Monday, will be my Social-Studies End-Of-Year final exam. And I don't know and have not chose a theme I would be focusing on! Well, may join my classmates to study together during Sunday at SMU.

Today, went out with Jonathan and Jionglin. Search for my friend's top from Far East Plaza till Orchard Ion. Became his fashion consultant, drop by 'S-spirit' and decided to stay there and just spent the time on the retail shop looking for his PINK top! It gives me awesome feeling like we own the entire shop as there is NOT a single customer in THAT 2 level shop! Just us!
Headed down to his Father's Chicken's rice store for FREE lunch-dinner. Having a TERRIBLE freakish headache then. ERGH! Still have the leftovers circulating my brain now...

Tomorrow, wonder what Sister Anne have to say to me after Prayer meeting.

Ended well on 31st August for the new month with breaking-fast with the Malays in my class. 8 Malays and 2 Chinese, did not think I would be able to take it, but I did! Fun eating and exploring deeply into their cultures of faith and spirit. After dinner, trained down to the Heart of Geylang to shop for local Muslim delights and decorations!

'Ba Kua' - Malays type of BBQ roasted seasoned meat. But only consists of Chicken and Beef.

Different type of people I know.

When you walk pass every stall of these fiery fired BBQ chicken store holders, the heat waves traveling to my face is so, SO HOT! Will worsen the condition of the pimples on your face to the UP MOST percent!

In this picture, Hmmm... What I most treasure more is Luigi and Geraldine, from bus buddies till classmates! Sometimes I realized that making to Normal Academic in BPGHS is a good thing or making to other schools to Express is a better choice.

Today is 13th August, and I basically feel so weird inside me, felt a very heavy burden fall on my spirit suddenly. But I wasn't sure what it is. Is it about the situation someone tell me? Or is it the exams that are approaching? Hmmm... Don't know though... I know there are nothing to worry! But it seems God is hinting me something on the issue my friend told me.

But, I am scared to share with him Lord, its seems very weird. I did not even share with my cell-group about the testimony I have and you want me to share with someone I do not even communicate?! I know its sad for that kind of thing to happen, I know how it feels. But, I am seriously scared. Is it part of growing up in my walk of Christ? I need more Faith! Help me God.

I am afraid that the same thing will happen that will make me backslide Lord. Sometimes, I find why I can't just be a normal truthful believer. No worries for anyone, No need to care about things, No need to worry about what is going to happen on people. I NEVER want anything to fall on me! I AM not like my BROTHER who can be a role model to so many of his friends. Help me Father! I need you.

I'm really looking forward to 9th August because Singapore Idol is finally coming back after a long absence!! Oh ya, its also Singapore's 44th birthday which its National Day again!

School's performance of Inter-class cheering competition, dancing, singing and its so different! I believe the new principal is so different from the previous ones. When there is some techno songs playing at the back and the entire school jumping and dancing for the Birthday for Singapore.

But its sad when my camera's battery got drain after I took tooooo many shots at the parade square!

We all know that almost every year, we have a new National Day song, and this year's new national day song is called by What Do You See by local band Electrico. National Day songs are usually very catchy and easy to sing along, but this year's one is a little different and I love it!

I remember in the past when I was in primary school, we would all have song books with national day songs included to practice. Its been a long time since I have seen that little book and I have forgotten the lyrics to most of the songs. Lucky for me and students in this high tech world, we have something called 'you-tube' and now you can sing along to the music videos anytime you want. One of my all time favorites is by Where I belong - Tanya Chua and Together 心连心 - Kit Chan.

I'm Matthew Leong. I've fought in loads of World stupid Exams Wars and countless smaller ones on Bukit Panjang Government High. I led thousands of pens and pencils into battle with everything from Pilot G-2 and some lousy brand pens to the latest branded Mont Blanc pens and BPNX Pilot Nextage. I've seen the most difficult diagram from Maths, and vocabulary words of English no white man had ever seen before. I've won or lost a dozen movitvaion spririt, killed many exams papers, and loved only one woman, with a passion a flea like you could never begin to understand.

Unreasonble teachers like some GENERAL in the battle field, Friends are like your COMRADS, Pens and Pencils are your GUNS, Erasers and rulers are your ARMOR, Flexi ruler and Caculator are like your TANKS or FIGHTER JETS. You got to have your brain to win this WAR! Do you know why there is no MEDIC?! Cause, we all got to depend on our bloody selfs! There isn't such things as healing or recovering in the middle of the exams! Got to be prepared with all enemies! YESH! WE GOT TO DEFEND OUR FUTURE~ LoL. Girl with the Same Birthday! Wonderful how God gave me such a perfect life. I totally am appreciated.

Such a day. Have my Chinese 'O' Levels together with students around Singapore. Overall was in fact not quite I expect it to be. Chinese... You see, I kinda dislike Chinese till the end of the Earth. So I actually doubt I put in 100% hard work in this timing of 'O's. Well, if I don't get my A2, I would have to re-do the ENTIRE nerve racking situation again, with the trotting sound of the high-heels, the freezing temperature of the Library and of course the air that is filled with boredom of Chinese words... AND, oh my Goodness... Worse of all, Mrs Lee Sok Fun. But, I felt the change in the way I look at her. Oh whatever~

No title for today, cause I have no brain cells to think anymore and I am sooo busy with my school work and games. So, lets start!

20th June was Charlene's birthday and was the first time I carried my "Mont Blanc" sling Bag to Church.

21th June there was a Soccer League held by Church Of Singapore, Bukit Timah. It was the finals that day, we defeated Harvest, lost to Balestier, Draw to Marine Parade. That make us 2nd or 3rd I think. Whatever, not interested in 22 players chasing after one ball. And I mean 1 BALL.

22th June was the day my Cell Group went for an outing to The Settlers Cafe. If I still remember but very faint though, I went once to the Settlers in Clarke Quay.

In conclusion, overall was exciting and fun. I had tooooo much laughter at Settlers, seems like I recover back my spirit of Laughing with them. Well, the spirit seems to left me when I am in school... Whatever! YAY!

Chapters from Life.

I need plenty of rest after this post. Have you guys ever have a unforgettable or interesting chapters in your life? Every situation in my life comes in chapters of never ending life stories, 14th June was a new chapter indeed. Met new friends, eat tasty food and of course spend quality time with my parents. 14th June, I went to Cameron, Genting Highlands and Malacca with my parents and it was kinda bored at the first 2 days but was awesomely FUN at the last 2.

This wonderful new fresh chapter have made me learn so much things and of course brought me closer to the Lord. I wonder how he plan it all so well just for me. When I came to Malacca and when the famous Chicken rice stall was closed and I thought I can't have it anymore as the following day I will be departing and the ear piece Jodie lend me cause mine was spoil. I thought, if not because of the almighty awesome Lord. I would not have the chicken rice or would be bored during the long and endless bus ride without the ear piece.

Met 2 new friends too while traveling together during the trip, Leonard and Helen! Both interesting siblings gave me a hit when I was so bored. Whats more! Got even closer to my parents then ever before! Its so fun going out with them, free ATM card, free everything! Oh well, ATM card?! I feel bad all a sudden. Of course lah! My parents bought so sO SO many clothes for ME!

This is so so sooooo TOUGH! I am wearing LONG jeans and a wind breaker walking and breaking bamboo poles while walking through MUD, BUSHES and insects. This will be the last time! This tour seems so weird... Making us so not prepared and walking in with some of us wearing dress and cardigan, seriously! Not a good experience. And its not just walking inside, you need to raise your leg to your chest and stuff and grapping branches to prevent slipping to get across.

Genting HighLands.

This is the statue in 'Ripleys believe it or not' which can make you go pregnant when you touch it. It even have testimony of it about people touching it and got pregnant.

At first when I step in the room, I thought this old man was "REAL" and was taking photo, and was preventing me from moving forward as its a form of manners ma. Then when the flash keep flicking non-stop and he is not even moving for quite awhile... His a statue also.

Hi everyone!

What a wonderful, merciful, and lovely Savior we have for those who know Him!

The Faithful Father!

This is my heart these past few days. I have been falling in love with the goodness, faithfulness, and grace of God. That He would send His Son to die for my sins amazes me. I have never known a love like this. I have never found one so faithful, so full of grace, so longing to meet me where I am and transform me. I stand in awe of my awesome God!

Well, Henry Seeley came to our church to preach on Worship! As always the trip down to church every Saturday get me learning new things that the school don't teach. Yes! Henry Seeley from Planetshakers. So don't panic guys! Exciting! Fun! 2 words! haha!

Dinner was at Johnson Duck, and please man! It is so expensive. But the duck rice was nice though. After church went down to Westmall to accompany Sheena to buy her puma or Adidas waterbottle and walk to 188 bus-stop and home.

Dads wear all kind of shoes. Each dad will wear different shoes depending on priorities of family, church, and relationships to God. Here are some things that kids have to say about dads.

Child 1: My dad wears big shoes. He holds me when I am sad.

Child 2: My dad wears busy shoes. He works lots for the church and visits the sick in the hospital.

Child 3: My dad wears worn shoes. He has a very big job that takes him to many cities.

Child 4: My dad wears busy shoes. He attends all our games every week.

Child 5: My dad wears Black shoes. He preaches in his black suit every Sunday.

Child 6: My dad wears house shoes. He gives me a ride on his back around the living room each night.

Therefore, what the preacher is emphasizing is that shoes is like the pathway we walk towards our Father. The steps we make determine what outcome we can show, act and react to others, if we choose to to step on the evil ways, the people around us will be affected with our actions and stuff. But if we choose to walk closely to God, not only we are benefited, the people around you will be touch too by it.

Sometimes, I felt this way...

Some songs captures my heart at times. I often feel so weak in the presence of God. I feel so small, so broken, so humble by the holiness of God. At times I come into God's presence to pray and wind up crying out over and over again, "I need You God" and "I am nothing without You Jesus." The closer that I get to Jesus the more I find that I am nothing without Him, weak, powerless, and could easily be swallowed up by my own sins were it not for the awesome grace of God. And its this grace that enables me to pray and say, "I don't know what to do Lord but my eyes are on You."

I love HIM more then anything in this world.

By the way, when during Pastor Chris Long's preaching of music and jokes. It actually brought me back to the times when he came to Cornerstone and impact the youth there with how we should always look life differently. I don't know why but I felt real funny all a sudden. Its like I felt that I am back at that auditorium with my friends laughing and worshiping together. Is just really weird.

Well, I got to stop thinking about them and start a new chapter in Church Of Singapore. I have chose to walk out of there, closing a chapter. Cannot look back! Cause, if I still look back, I will always have a feeling that my current cell can be like them which is impossible, and I will start to fret over it. SO! NO more looking back! Look Straight and progress!

Awesome movie entertainer! Simply splendid for the eyes for ALL ages. With the era of wizardry and witches with perfect spells pronunciation. Don't you guys think that Dolores Umbridge's face gestures and attitude seems like Mrs Angela Ong. Haha!

Sometimes I felt that how directors and writers have such wonderful mind to create such unnatural events. For example like Star Wars with different species and lasers and most importantly the Light Sabers. And for Harry Potter for their magic and stuff living with the world but at the same time in a different place. Splendid indeed!

Nevertheless! Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is premiering on 15 or 16 of July in Singapore I think. Always slower then the other countries in this world. Read the book, Fabulously Interesting of course. Albus Dumbledore died and Harry love Ginny! Haha! More romance, but I think there is lesser fighting scenes in the book then to Order of the Phoenix! Rumors suggest that under 25 minutes of the film will be in 3D. Woot~!

What a delight the Word of God can be when we face trials. Yet too often I am guilty of waiting until I find myself in a difficult situation before I begin to seek a word from the Lord or His presence to empower and encourage me. This should not be. The Bible should be filling my mind even now while I am not in the midst of a trail. I should be filling my mind with God's Word to transform my mind and heart . Like a newborn baby I should long for the pure milk of the Word of God (1Peter 2:1-3) and abide in the teachings of Christ (John 8:31-32).

My parents won't grumble, won't be annoyed but even will sing along. I love how the moments when 4 of us will just start humming the tune and will start singing. having devotional time together, spending time with each other. Its simply marvelous. I am proud to be a Believer.

Although times for you, maybe hard. Your parents may look down on your relationship with God. But all these happens for a reason. Be strong Denise! Remember what I told you.

During the 24th, I went to my Aunt house for a revival. My parents told me I may backslide any time, so I decide to travel to my Aunt house and stay. Upon arriving to her house, memories flash back inside my brain as all of my father's side relative will come to her house for a small little Christian gathering. My Aunt always have the strongest faith in the Lord therefore I needed her anointing.

Reaching in to her small prayer room, I could sense the presence of God being there. Her music player was playing, and as it plays and I share to my aunt. As I shared what happen during what had happen in school, I suddenly burst into tears crying. We pray and she speak.

I remembered one most important message coming out from her.

She said, As Christians, we will never get bored of our life. Even how terrible the situation is, it will still turn out to be as exciting as possible. If we EVER feel that is boring, it means that something replaces us in our hearts. It means we never placed God first in our heart.

A misconception that a lot of people have and a mistake we make as Christians is to believe that once u have God in your life our Life are suppose to be perfect. This is not true, life can get more difficult but you have to just believe you will have everlasting life with our father and he will never abandon us...

The next day before I attended for cell-group, my Uncle came and took me and my Aunt out for Breakfast to Dempsey Hill. The place looks like we are OUT from Singapore! No HDB, NO anything that we normally see in a estate. I ate Seafood tomato in the MORNING like 9.30am?! At a nice oak wood furnishings, high ceiling murals and scenic alfresco seating Dome Cafe. After that, my Aunt proceeded to the nearby supermarket where you can't find anywhere in Singapore except there. Its called Jones the Grocer which is owned from Australia carries its own eponymous brands of pasta. Its gorgeous inside! After that, went to Ben & Jerry's. That place is really opened just for the ICE CREAM shop! There is from shirts to accessories being soled there too. And Vodka to Martini! Also another BEEEEE-A-UUUU-TI-FUUUUL place to hangout with your friends. But the sad thing is that, the place is all filled with very Rich people and its hard to get there unless you have a car. Pictures are below. So sad, my battery power ended when I am about to take the supermarket.

Anyway, my Aunt told me that youth praise and worship songs are getting more rock and more loud. Worshipping and prasing ain't just about the song. Its is not about how popular the person is or how nice the drums are playing. Is about the meaning of the lyrics and the way you give and sing it for the Lord.

Speaking of the school I'm at, I have Chinese Mid-year Exams tomorrow taking place in my pathetic classroom. English and Chinese have been my best subject during my primary school, getting 'A' for English and 'B' for Chinese. And then when I settled into BPGHS, I failed terribly from then on. TERRIBLE!!!

It's never easy to make the right decision when the broad way seems to be at your advantage and easier to turn to than the narrow path, which during the one week exam period I called it 'long suffering', haha. My weakness,"patience". Patience is exactly what one need to pull through the stage of long suffering. Praise the Lord, indeed all things are possible with Him.

I remembered once when Jamie shared during cellgroup that she found it so hard to let go of the Lord. Although she felt like giving up and when she'd decided to let go, she just couldn't. I was wondering how strong the feeling could be and I finally experienced it myself. I found out that there are lots of reasons for me to let go, but I just can't do it. For this I thank God for His presence that is so strong in my quiet time, every quiet time He never fail to reveal Himself as the comforter.

I just felt that I just need more and more of Him each day in order for me to move higher and closer to my dreams and visions. The morning prayer lifestyle is sure tough for me, but if staying up late at night can keep me awake and make me more discipline to have morning prayer in the morning, I'll do it, whatever it takes. At times when I'm so weak in prayers I just feel especially close to Him for He is made perfect in weakness.

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

Basically, 6 of the people I know played together in Lot 1 running up and down the escalators with the screaming of our voices and the screeching of our shoes. I wonder why there isn't any security guards stopping us! Hmm. Haha! FUN! In about 10 mins, another 5 that are Jodie's friends joined us in chasing us. For about 20mins, we managed to dodged them for about 15mins, but they seems to have some telekentic powers andcaught up with us. I split with my friend and that guy from swiss tap me and I lost my balanced and fall... And ARGH!!! Its really damn loud I think till my voice actually can pass through the walls to Kelvin's ears. Amusing!

Practically, I am all way exhausted.

From the early morning tution till the late evening sports event! Tution wee so damn meaningful, learn and re-cap lots of new formulas and topics. Under the void-deck learning new stuff with a fresh new mind in the morning and the scentful breeze that blow through you!

Today, I learnt that working at a cafe is a hardcore job to hold for a living. Although that isn't any salary or isentives, I still volunteer to help. Because is a form of way of doing service to my Lord above. Terribly tired with carrying hot and heavy bowls of Laksa and Porridge, walking and navigating through the tables treasuring the number tags given to them. Is harder then I first expected! Thank God I made it through.

After that, met up with some of my Cell Group members for some exercising. Searching a suitable basktball to play and wishing the winds will just leave us for awhile for playing Badminton! Enjoyably FUN!

Phew~ So much things happen in just this few days! Tomorrow is E-learning day, I do properly?! Never will. Maybe just for literature or English. They asked us to follow the time-table, but all I see on my workbin was P.E and S.S when I don't even have that in my time-table. Should we even touch on it?!

Jiong Lin commented on me saying that the way I laugh look like those citizens in British. When your peeps says a joke, and they laugh finished already then I will start laughing to myself unintentionally. Haha! What a joke.

Audi once tolded me that everyone would know if I ever feel low of worried. I will always give those desperate face and those weird faces. And cluck! There, coming to me asking what had happen to me. So cool!~

Matthew once tolded me that I should always make myself to be more important then other people around me. Matthew, which is me have been always telling people not to always tolerate other people's behaviour and attitude. Cause you will never know what will actually happen to you. Examples have already been to some of you who are reading this now. Always make yoursef more important then you close friend or your teachers or anyone. You just got to pamper youself, or else people might just do something. Have this superior attitude!

My class is getting more awesome. Kind'a like 4A to 3B more. Why can't you guys just speak in English?! Have a thought of those Malays friends we have man! English is a universal language, if you can't speak them, then don't even ever talk! UNIVERSAL!~ Okay! So yep, currently 4A are almost full of soft and innocent kids. They don't usually talk bout fashion nor celebrities gossips except those taiwanese stars which I don't even know anything~ I don't really know any chinese songs leh...... How to communicate?! Only can stick with 3B peeps often. SOOOO contridicting... Yep! 3B are more of the know when to study and still at the same time know sooo much about whats happening around the world of fashion and media~

Yes, 18 March was Matthew's birthday. In spite of the fact that I am getting older... I... LOVE... BIRTHDAYS. Anybodies, not just my own.

I had an awesome time celebrating with family and friends. I thank God for being with me all of these days and continuing to be with me forever. He knows me more than anyone one... Scripture says He knows my thoughts before I think them. He knows all about me... and yet... He loves me and is still with me, never to leave me or forsake me. I thank Him for my family and for good health and for much much more.... Thank you, also, to family and friends who called, and those wonderful gifts. I love you all.

My last week of holiday started so damn fun. From Sentosa till Vivo till Orchard till Bonta Italian. Did not went out with Genesis 5 though. Can't and no time to make it. Sorry guys!

Let start!

18th March. Sentosa till Vivo was fun cause I get to spend time with my new cell! My new cell group is Acts 2 in case of people not knowing. Colourful rays of beautiful sunshine shines towards us that day. Partially because of God knows that that day was my Birthday and he shines me his ray with joy and peace! Get to go there finally after the 3 months of hetic studying. To play poker cards, to Sun-Tanned, to play beach volley ball and to play the game called monkey. After that we monorailed down back to Vivo to get our dinner. Burger King's chicken drumplets is awesome man! Then we all went up to the sky something at the top of Vivo to view the stars and dip our foot into the cold water. Thanks to Sheena and Jodie for buying the birthday cake for the March Babies. Know that coming though... Haha! Ate up in the Sky thingy and then went back home. Thanks!

Went out with my awesome marvellous clique down to Orchard. Watch movies and went shopping and at the end we all went to one of my favourite hawker centre in Raffles!
( I am so having flu right now... ARRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!!! eeeee!)

20th March

Around evening, My Parents brought my entire family of 4 to this restaurant in river valley. It is called Bonta Italian Restaurant. Though the restaurant sounds quite new to me and I never ate that restaurant before. I decided to trust my parents judgement and went there to celebrate my birthday. But theres this bad thing I never did before I went there. Cause is after my tution I never brought my CAMERA! Cool right?! No pictures -.- So lets carry on. The ambience for there is so awesome. In the night, the whole restaurant is like so ( I seriously have nothing to describe it or to comment it. Loss of words! ) nice. I ate this baked mussles with salmon and it taste extremely nice. You could actually imagine me behaving so weird there. Keep having the mmmm... sound and cheers for the main course. Dessert came and its some italian dessert I never have it before. I forgotten whats the name for it but I have just 2 words to comment. Too Good! It taste like cameral custard but at the same time is not! WOW man!
